Deux Cranes

French-trained, Japanese-American chocolatier Michiko Marron-Kibbey has created a beautiful array of chocolates that are a treat for the senses. We love the geometric textures of her bars almost as much as her thoughtful use of Japanese flavors like kinako (roasted soy powder), goma (black sesame), and hōjicha (roasted Japanese green tea).
