Husband-and-wife team, Gerry & Sailyn Dean, are some of our favorite chocolatiers, and they do amazing bean-to-bar work, creating specialties from cacao harvested exclusively from their family-owned farm in the Philippines. In their first year of business, they medaled in the World Finals of the International Chocolate Awards, reaffirming our love for their family-owned creations.
