Mayana Chocolate

Mayana Chocolate is the passion project of Daniel and Tamara Herskovic, who make an array of amazing chocolate creations out of their Spooner, Wisconsin, kitchen.  

Daniel trained with some of the best chocolatiers in the U.S. and France, and with the help of Tamara, who designed the aesthetics of each truffle, they entered the Chicago Luxury Chocolate Salon in 2008. They went home with 7 awards that day, including “Best in Salon” and “Most Gifted Chocolatier."

At Candycopia, we love the adventurous variety of Mayana's truffle boxes.  But, the most popular items we sell (and enjoy!) are their candy bars that feature caramel as a MAIN ingredient - not just an add-in.  The Mini Bars are great for trying a variety of new flavors.  And, their full-size bars double the decadence.
