This bar is roasted and toasted velvety goodness. The almonds are roasted with miso emphasizing the roasted flavor of the 70% dark chocolate. A strong dark chocolate flavor for when you need something with some substance!
Amazing bar!! just when you thought you have had them all...
I got this for my partner. Dark chocolate love, professional baker and a very challenging person to impress with chocolate. She even said to me that she assumed she had had every possible combination of chocolate and something. Then there was this. She said it took two bites for her to get the miso off the almonds, but when she did, she was delighted. A truly amazing bar!!
